Each Emmi program takes about 20 minutes to watch. You can view them as many times as you like. As you watch the program, you can also write notes and questions that you can print out and bring with you to your next appointment.

WIC provides supplemental foods, health care referrals, and nutrition education for low-income pregnant, breastfeeding, and non-breastfeeding postpartum women, and to infants and children up to age five who are found to be at nutritional risk. http://www.fns.usda.gov/wic/
